E for Explosion - See You Soon

Found this song on last.fm "Recommended radio". Sweeeeet. It is so sweet and definitely deserves as much publicity as it can get. My favorite lyrics are:
"and how the dusk lasted so long that
you thought the day had won"
-and-
"I will sing you to sleep with that very same song
so you'll know you're not alone"

What are yours?

Their most recent blog update is in reference to their new EP:

" Our new EP, "Hold Grudges Not Hands" is officially on Itunes for purchase now. I know its a couple of days late so I just thought I'd say thank you for your patience while we figured things out. The ratio of support versus the "are you fucking kidding me" comments was amazing and a great reminder of why we love the group of people who continuously support this band. I hope you enjoy these four songs that have taken so long to release... I also hope they do well to sustain you while we make our preparations for the next release. There is a lot of music waiting around to be heard... we're now undertaking the job of choosing, updating and adding in the songs that keep spilling out.

take care..."

LYRICS:

Sleep all summer long
for when the autumn comes
I'll be tangled in your arms
with the miles between us long gone.

Dream all summer long
for when the autumn comes
you'll have wandered into my arms
full of memories of a season long gone.

Try and remember the fireflies and the twilight's
and how the dusk lasted so long that
you thought the day had won
and that idea that made no sense
so lonely and out of place at home in your own bed
you're not alone...

Sing all summer long
for when the summer's gone
and you're drifting off in my arms
I will sing you to sleep with that very same song
so you'll know you're not alone
