David's Lyre - English Roses

Just ran across this video while watching some acoustic sessions of my favorite artists. I think its great. Let me know what you think. I couldnt find the lyrics online so I transcribed them below for everyone.
Cheers

LYRICS:

I'll take my jacket off
Only if we'll stay awhile
your mind was made up
drivin' round to pass the time
all through my childhood
I walked these street spies every day
For this place is changing
The shadow of what I would claim

I think about the gardens roam
amongst the english roses
there stood the place we owned
surrounded by the houses

They set it on fire
dont look back we'll flee from the city
We'll fight our desire
dont look back for fear that we'll turn to stone

I hear my hearts cry
to my head, my hands, my feet
speaks of the city
this feast I'll find my table seat
they'll find our abscence
two empty chair perverse our names
For this place is changing
The shadow of what I would claim

I think about the gardens roam
amongst the english roses
there stood the place we owned
surrounded by the houses

They set it on fire
dont look back we'll flee from the city
We'll fight our desire
dont look back for fear that we'll turn to...

They set it on fire
dont look back we'll flee from the city
We'll fight our desire
dont look back for fear that we'll turn to stone
